- Application on the company’s form, stating the type of business and contact information;
- Copies of the first and last page of the Importer’s Agreement, stating the brand of the vehicle to be distributed, term of the agreement and signatures of parties;
- Copy of the Company Registration Certificate.
For authorised distributors, repair and technical maintenance service providers:
- Application on the company’s form, stating the type of business, name of the sales point, cooperation partners having concluded the service partner agreement and contact information;
- Copies of the first and the last page of the Vehicle Brand Sales Agreement, stating the brand of the vehicle represented, term of the agreement and signatures of parties;
- Copy of the Company Registration Certificate.
*For manufacturers of vehicles, components and spare parts thereof:
- Application on the company’s form, stating the type of business, manufactured brand name and contact information;
- Copy of the Company Registration Certificate.
*For distributors of vehicle components and spare parts:
- Application on the company’s form, stating the type of business, manufacturer (brand) of the represented vehicle component and/or spare parts, and contact information;
- Copy of the Company Registration Certificate.
*For independent vehicle repair and technical maintenance service providers:
- Application on the company’s form, stating the type of business, name of the service point and contact information;
- Certificate of conformity of the car-body repair company;
- Copy of the Company Registration Certificate.
